Sowrya doesn’t guarantee or promise post education settlement at the study destination, part time work, work permits, immigration.

As cases can vary considerably from client to client, any guidance or comments are personal and intended only for you and should not be applied to the circumstances of any third party.

The advice provided by Sowrya is communicated on the belief that it reflects current student visa laws, policies and regulations pertaining to the country embassy for which the student is seeking

Whilst Sowrya and its Consultants endeavor to offer the best possible advice on student admission to the universities and colleges however the laws, policies & fees relating to the admissions and visa are subject to frequent change and without notice and for this reason no responsibility is accepted for the accuracy of information provided by the consultant as it is also influenced by the third parties, any errors in the guidance and information provided, typographic or otherwise.

Sowrya does not and cannot make any guarantees in relation to the approval or validity of any visa application made by you or by Sowrya on your behalf. The power to grant or refuse visa applications vests solely with the particular embassy of the country which the student is desiring to go or any other government department authorized by law.

Sowrya is not engaged in rendering financial assistance, immigration guidance, work permits or other professional advice or services which are unrelated to university admission and student visa matters.

The time period referred by Sowrya for providing its services in terms of university admission and visa is an estimate only and Sowrya will not be liable to any Client or third party if these estimated time periods are not met for any reason.

In the interests of quality and accuracy, Sowrya may take additional time to answer questions where of an especially technical nature or questions which require consultation with the Department of Immigration, or any other relevant third parties.

Sowrya reserves the right to terminate its services to its clients (students) in any of the following situations, If There is any belief from your Consultant that your have provided false or misleading information; and in such case Sowrya is not liable against legal action either from the client or any third party. In this event all cost towards legal expenses will be reimbursed to Sowrya by the client only.

A period of six (6) months lapses during which you do not communicate with your Consultant, OR; At the discretion of Sowrya, you behave in such a way that renders your Consultant unable to provide the Service(s) any longer.

Sowrya will provide no refund of service fee if at all collected from the student if the visa is rejected for any reason.

In the event of non-payment of fee or delay in payment of any installment or submission of any document to Sowrya as required by within a period of 30 days, the case would be put under voluntary abandonment and Sowrya will not be liable to process the application further.

In case of failure to provide the services agreed upon by Sowrya to the student or incase the student does not get admission in any of the Universities applied to, the Sowrya will refund the entire 100% of the registration fee back to the student.

Client understands and accepts that the approval of his or her student visa application is purely at the discretion of the Department of Immigration and the approval of his or her Visa is purely at the discretion of the High Commission. Sowrya hereby provides processing services, which increases the chances of approval. Sowrya, in no way, guarantees that the client will receive Visa from the High Commission.

Sowrya charges ‘one flat fee’ if at all it is charged which entirely covers the Service(s) being provided. However, you acknowledge that as part of the process, various additional fees will apply, such as visa application charges, English language tests, other competitive examination fees, medical assessment fees and document certification costs.

These fees are not payable to Sowrya, but directly to the relevant body providing that service.

Client also understands and accepts that no refund for USA registration fees will be given if the client withdraws / abandons his or her application or decide to drop out, due to any reason, during the proceedings after he or she signs-up.

In no event will Sowrya be liable to the Client or any other person for any remote, indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including without limitation, damages resulting from loss of data, loss of profit or business interruption. This limitation will apply even if Sowrya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Sowrya expressly disclaims all and any liability to any person in respect of anything and of the consequences of anything, done or omitted to be done by any person in reliance, whether wholly or partially, on the whole or any part of the contents of answers or other information provided by Sowrya

You acknowledge that you have exercised and relied upon your own skill in determining whether the Services provided under this Agreement meet your particular requirements, and that you have not relied on any statement or representation made on behalf of Sowrya.

On successful admission and visa approval, Sowrya’s responsibility to cater to the client ceases for any services or actions within India or the country of admission, although Sowrya will provide post-landing services free of cost as a good will.

I declare that all the information given above is complete and true to my knowledge.

I understand that Sowrya process applications to All Universities whether they represent them or not. I also understand & certify that in the event of my applying directly or through third parties, I will do so with reference to Sowrya and will copy all correspondence, electronic or otherwise to Sowrya. In the event of my not doing so, this Authority remains valid and the operative document superceding any other "Agents".

I further certify that Sowrya is authorized to represent me on all matters relating to my admissions(s) and interact with the University (ies) on my behalf. I authorize the release of all information relating to my application.
