History

Started in 2006, Sowrya Consultancy initially catered to the needs of students aspiring for higher education in the United Kingdom and Australia. It helped hundreds of students join courses in higher education in both the countries. Understanding the need for inclusion of more services in the competitive market, we have extended our consultancy services even for the universities in the United States of America, Canada ,Germany,Ireland, New Zealand and Singapore. During the same period we have moved from the suburbs of Hyderabad to the heart of the city. We are currently located in SR Nagar and Dilsukhnagar in the metro, either of the branches centrally located a few meters away from the corresponding bus stop which are easily accessible to the students.

Vision

Integrity and commitment in providing services is the hallmark our company. We provide students quality services that promote their interest, considering the students’ profiles carefully. Understanding the need for cordial relationship with the students, we have recruited counselors that are amiable and understanding. Observing the current performance of students in standardized tests, we have explored the reasons and understood the need for quality training for the said tests. Consequently, we have diversified into test preparation and started training division for international tests, such as GRE, IELTS etc. To expand further and provide students wider choices, we constantly explore the possibilities of developing MOUs with prestigious universities and colleges from seven countries as on now.

Infrastructure

Sowrya consultancy is centrally located with excellent infrastructure. We have two offices in Hyderabad, the capital of Andhra Pradesh, both of which are centrally located. Our SR Nagar branch is located in the heart of the S R Nagar, which is the educational hub of for the local students as well as non-local students. Our Ameerpet Branch, which is an extension of the Corporate office is located right on the main road. This branch which caters to the training needs of the students is hardly 50 feet away from the busy bus stop. Our Dilsukhnagar branch is located on the Dilsukhnagar main road, fifty meters away from the main bus stop.

All the branches are air-conditioned, with excellent infrastructure. The pictures of the offices have been attached for your perusal. Our branch in Guntur, the past ‘educational capital’ of the state, is also centrally located.

Human resources

The most important asset for any service provider is the manpower. We have hired excellent counselors who are proficient in local languages as well as English. They are quite knowledgeable in the matters of overseas education. Unlike other consultancies that hire only one counselor for all the countries they deal with, we have individual counselors for all the countries we deal with. This way, we have three times more staff than the other consultancies.

We have understood the need for quality coaching for the international standardized tests. Thus, we have employed a highly experienced faculty, who is an author for Pearson Education India for international tests. We have marketing force that work diligently around the year for our promotional activities. Above all, the Director of the company is quite experienced in consultancy issues and personally supervises all the activities related to consultancy and training services
